My Cousin Rachel, the new costume drama starring Rachel Weisz, Sam Claflin, and Iain Glen, arrives in cinemas tomorrow (June 9th) and HMV‘s got an exclusive featurette from the making of the movie. The movie is an adaptation of Daphne du Maurier’s 1951 novel of the same name and follows Claflin’s Philip, a young Englishman who plots revenge against his cousin Rachel, believing that she murdered his guardian, but when he meets her ends up feeling quite different. Notting Hill director Roger Michell has written and directed this movie, which also stars Holliday Grainger and Simon Russell Beale. The featurette sees Weisz, Claflin and Michell discussing the making of the movie and the impact of Weisz’s character on the story.
